A comprehensive evaluation of your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Includes root cause assessment and personalized lab recommendations.

Follow-Up Visit (45–60 minutes) — $200
Review progress, adjust protocols, and refine your personalized plan.

Lab Interpretation & Care Plan Update — $150
For patients who complete labs outside of a scheduled visit.

Functional lab testing is billed separately and typically ranges from $300–$1,800 depending on testing.

Best for first-time functional medicine patients.
