How much do services cost?+
Consultations start at $150. IV hydration ranges from $125 to $175 depending on the blend. SoftWave packages are priced per treatment series. We don't believe in mystery pricing — you'll know the cost of your personalized plan before you commit to anything.
Do you take insurance?+
We're out-of-network with all insurance providers, which is actually why we can spend real time with you and order the labs traditional medicine won't. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for our services. We'll give you an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement if your plan allows it.
How long is the first visit?+
Plan on 60 to 90 minutes for your initial consultation. That's not a typo — we actually sit down and listen to your whole story. Follow-up visits are typically 30 to 45 minutes depending on what we're addressing.
Do I need lab testing before my first visit?+
No. Your first visit is a conversation — we talk through your history, symptoms, and goals, then decide together whether testing makes sense for you. Some clients already have recent labs; others get them ordered after the first visit. No pressure either way.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. We'll always confirm pricing before we begin any treatment.
